FIND YOUR LEAK AND FIX IT
YOU WERE NEVER TAUGHT THE SEQUENCE.
Cricket coaching has always been about the hands. Watch the ball. Keep your shape. Play straight. All of it useful, none of it about generating force.
So power gets treated as something you either have or you don't, a function of size, or strength, or the gym. It isn't. It's a function of order.
When your feet, hips, torso and hands fire out of sequence, the energy your body produces never fully reaches the ball. It leaks. You feel it as hollow contact: the shot that should have cleared the rope and died at mid-on instead.
WHAT YOU GET FOR FREE
A swing analysis. Send one clip to our coaches on WhatsApp. We will watch it and send back a voice note with details explaining which link in your chain is breaking and why it's costing you distance.
Combined with a free Power Hitting Module from Julian Wood's Power Hitting System. He takes you through the kinetic chain and shows you how to film and read your own swing, using a phone, in a net, on your own. Most players have never seen their swing broken down this way. Once you can see where the energy goes, you cannot unsee it.

THREE COACHES
ONE METHOD
The Power Hitting System is Julian Wood's, but it isn't only his to teach. Kieran and Dubs Wood both played the game seriously before they coached it, and both have worked alongside Julian, delivering the method to players from junior level to professional.
Julian Wood, the Power Hitting System Founder. Spent twenty years adapting Major League hitting biomechanics for cricket. Current national batting coach for Sri Lanka. Batting specialist with Punjab Kings, England T20 and England Women.
Kieran Wood has assisted Julian with camps around the world, now runs power hitting all around the world and is currently coaching in South Africa. Played in county age-group setup, Gloucestershire and Premier League cricket in the UK.
Dubs Wood has competed in franchise cricket in the Pakistan Junior League and represented Hampshire CCC 2nd XI, while currently serving as Head Coach and Captain of Cove CC.
He has operated at franchise level as Assistant Coach with the Bangla Tigers in the Zim Afro T10, contributing to a championship-winning campaign, and with the Cayman Bay Stingrays in the Cayman T10. Most recently, working with current England players.
Recognised as one of the youngest coaches operating in franchise cricket.
